Shouldn't this have a reflexive me before quiere to denote the personal pronoun (do you want me...)

You mean like "Que quiere que me haga?" I think the original is right but I will run it by another guru to be sure.

Hi, Dana, yes, the original is right. The "me" in What do you want me to do? could be translated as "yo":

¿Qué quiere que yo haga?

...but it isn't really necessary. In any case, "¿Qué quiere que me haga?" or "¿Qué me quiere que haga?" are not correct translations.
