The following phrase sounds more natural to me. (IMHO)

Dile que no se preocupe por su hermano.

Preocuparse is usually used to mean to worry about something or someone.

Just my two cents.

Here's another phrase that's useful, "Dile a tu novio que calme los cellos" Tell your boyfriend control his jealousy"
